"When the cosmic verdict is rendered, and the terrestrial beast speaks, humanity's existential arithmetic will be laid bare..." - I am forced to consider the true cost of my own compromises, the sum total of my surrender to the status quo. Have I, too, bartered truth for tenure, and conviction for convenience?
As I ponder these questions, I am struck by the realization that the only currency that truly matters is not power, nor privilege, but the unwavering commitment to truth, no matter the cost.
